Embracing The Full Self: A Kingfly Retreat with Lydia Gibson

Join Lydia Gibson for another soul-nourishing retreat designed as a safe, affirming space for all women to come home to themselves—and each other. Through ancient healing practices like cacao ceremony, yoga, sound bath, and more, honor every part of who you are and awaken embodied liberation as your authentic self.

Timed during Gemini season and Pride Month, this day retreat at Kingfly Spirits is a celebration of self-expression, community, and collective healing of our full selves, both shadow and light— especially vital in times like these.

Please bring your own yoga mat, journal and water bottle.

Autonomous Body Shop - “The Auto(nomous) Body Shop is a Pittsburgh based mobile mutual aid resource supporting bodily autonomy & community care. We provide free info + supplies + propaganda to support & empower folks to be the go to friend for reproductive health, abortion care, & harm reduction in their community. We also provide barrier breaking support to access abortion care that is effective and physically/emotionally/spiritually safe.”

Lydia Gibson is an educator, performer and healer in the Pittsburgh area. She believes we’re meant to do the self-work not just on our own but together, connecting and healing in community. Her current offerings include: Yoga instruction, Reiki and Sound Bath Healing, Theatrical Intimacy Coordination for artistic spaces, and Therapy at Transitional Characters in Shadyside. Ceremonial Grade Cacao by Cacao Love - “Not all cacao is ethically sourced, and one of the things we value about Cacao Love is that from seed to ceremony, we work only with indigenous growers on family-owned plots of land. Our cacao is grown as part of a diverse forest ecosystem and the families we work with are able to live entirely from their forests in the Central Highlands of Peru. For these growers, our purchases contribute towards a truly regenerative economy: sharing profits, harvests, and economic gain with those in the community.”
