Through ancient healing practices like cacao ceremony, yoga, sound bath, and more, honor every part of who you are and awaken embodied liberation as your authentic self.
Timed during Gemini season and Pride Month, this day retreat at Kingfly Spirits is a celebration of self-expression, community, and collective healing of our full selves, both shadow and light— especially vital in times like these.

Lydia Gibson is an educator, performer and healer in the Pittsburgh area. She believes we’re meant to do the self-work not just on our own but together, connecting and healing in community.
